Booking conditions:
- - All guests are required to leave a deposit of 100 € in cash or by credit card to cover possible damage. This will be returned on the day of check-out.
- - The Balearic Government imposes a mandatory tourist tax, 1,10€ per person and per day of lodging (IT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE).
- - Air conditioning/heating is included in the price from June to August, the rest of the year at extra cost.
- - Check-in: 14 h a 20:45 h
- - Check-out: 10 am
- Important: RESERVATION WILL BE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
