How to reach the hostel

By bus

Around us you have many bus lines to go to the historic centre of Palma (Bus 25) and to the airport (Bus A2).


By taxi

We can also call a taxi for you to avoid surprises in the prices. These taxis are official and will come to pick you up at the hostel when you say so.

Transfer for groups

And also if you are a group of more than 4 people we can organise the transfer in a special taxi, mini bus or private bus.

Is there a tourism tax?

It does exist.

It is a Balearic Government tax that you have to pay in cash 1.10 € per person per day of accommodation.

Is it possible to hire a safe?

You can hire the use of the safe at a cost of 2 € per day. This hostel is not responsible for the loss of valuables or money as there is a safe for this purpose.

Does the hostel have security cameras?

All public areas are monitored 24 hours a day by a security camera system, which helps us to look after you and solve any problems you may have.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

During the months of June, July and August the use of air conditioning is included in the price of your booking. For the rest there is a small daily supplement of €10 per day due to the fact that prices are very competitive.

Do I have to leave a deposit when I book the room?

All guests must leave a deposit of 100 € in cash or by credit card to cover possible damages. The deposit will be returned on the day of check out after 14:00 hs.

Please note that if your credit or debit card is not Spanish, it may take 2 or 3 days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account, especially on weekends when banks are closed.

99% of our clients recover their deposit but there are times when the deposit is lost due to damage to the property such as lost keys, smashed glass (mirrors or balcony partitions), adding people in your room who are not clients and have not paid to be inside the reservation. Leaving the room in disgraceful conditions (vomit, sheets or towels impossible to wash) etc.

What happens if I don't have a credit card? You can leave the deposit in cash and we will return the money to your bank account by transfer to the account number you indicate.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is open every day from 8:30 am to 9 pm. Ask us anything you want, where to eat, where to go out, where to party, places of interest. Don't hesitate, you are always welcome and we are at your disposal.

¿What happens if I have a delayed flight... Or if I have a flight outside reception hours?

What if I arrive too early?

From 8:30 am you can leave your luggage here until check-in time and if I have a late flight back? The same, we will take care of your things until 20:45hs.

How does the cleaning service work?

The cleaning service is carried out on a daily basis, except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays when the staff has a day off. These days may be modified if required by the company, for example on days declared by the government as public holidays.

Towels are changed every two days and sheets every seven days for long stays. You can request a hairdryer at reception whenever you wish. And we will provide you with shower gel suitable for body and hands free of charge.

The floor maid will pass only once per room to do her job and will do it in the following order Floor 3 from 10 to 11 hs. Floor 2 from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Floor 1 from 12 a.m. to 1 p.m.

How does the waste and recycling system work?

Guests must take all food and drink (if purchased at the hostel) out of the room into the rubbish bins in the corridor outside the room.

If the drinks or food were purchased elsewhere (supermarket) the customer must deposit them in the containers on the public road, otherwise they will be charged 0.50 € for each container that the waitress recycles.

What are the payment methods?

By credit card, you will receive a payment link from our bank to your e-mail. The new PSD2 regulation, which applies throughout the European Community including Switzerland, requires secure payment methods. You should not share sensitive data such as your credit card details with anyone. Just copy and paste your link into Google and fill in the fields to make the payment.

Payment by bank transfer to the current account of our hostel.

You want to come next year and pay for your booking in instalments. All you have to do is apply for our finance plan without surcharges or interest. We will divide the amount in as many monthly instalments as you want, but your booking must be paid 30 days before your arrival. This type of booking is always non-refundable.

Is balconing allowed?

ZERO tolerance for balconing. Tourists who practice or allow balconing (jumping from one balcony to another or climbing up to rooms from the façade) in any hotel in the Balearic Islands can be expelled "immediately" from the establishment in question and face fines of between €6,000 and €600,000. The hotel is obliged to ensure that they do not continue to stay there.

This hostel always reserves the right of admission and stay.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only allowed on balconies and terraces.

To stay here you must be over 18 years of age, otherwise you must bring a printed travel authorisation from your mother, father or legal guardian with a photo of the ID card of each of them.

Are there rules of coexistence?

For us, education comes first and that is why we do not allow your room to be turned into a discotheque and interrupt the rest of others.

At the reception desk you must always be dressed and on the balconies it is forbidden for you to be naked. Be fair when evaluating the services we give you, we all work an average of 16 hours a day and we make a huge effort to make you happy.

What is the cancellation policy?

All our bookings are non-refundable.

If you do not show up at check-in, your reservation will be considered a "No Show" and you will lose the totality of your reservation without any right to a refund.
